Hello Everyone,
Thanks for all the positive feedback on this video I made.
To the others commenting here out of work, thanks for sharing.
It’s funny I’ve been making videos and posting them to various sites for a few years. This one has gotten more traction on various sites than everything else I’ve done combined. I may be out of work but, I have a viral video!!! Success

Great Video, Anthony. I was laid off too. You are right, you can’t take it personally. I do believe that there will be a better and more fulfilling job for me out there. I believe in “turning pink slips into pink lemonade.” I’ll also add I love this site’s Blogger/Unemployment Index. I started a blog too a few weeks after I got laid off. I just hope when I find a job, I’ll have the time to keep it up. I am actually quite grateful for the time I’ve had with my son over the last few months.

This is so good, and sums it up perfectly! I really like the part about so many people getting laid off that it’s not even personal…I’m also amazed howmuch money I don’t spend because I now have time to go grocery shopping and cook for myself, don’t need a drink at the end of every stressed-out work day, and have stopped smoking (since I can go outside whenever I want, and not just on a “smoke break”).
